- Place the item in its original box and attach the Free Return Label we provided.
- Drop it off at your local post office. All returns are sent to our facility at: 92 The Peninsula, Corlette, NSW 2315, Australia.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take full responsibility for any manufacturing defects or if we accidentally sent the wrong item. In these cases, your return will be prioritized to ensure you are taken care of immediately.
