1. Order Processing & Transit Time

Processing Phase

1 Business Day
Includes printing, quality inspection, and custom packaging for your apparel.

Transit Phase

2-6 Business Days
Standard shipping time via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to your destination.

2. Tracking Status Definitions

Pre-Shipment: Label created, package awaiting carrier pickup.
In Transit: Your order is moving through carrier hubs.
Out for Delivery: Your package is with your local carrier and will arrive today.
Delivered: Successfully dropped off at your address.

3. Troubleshooting Your Tracking

  • Tracking not updating? It can take 24–48 hours for carriers to scan packages into their system.
  • Marked as "Delivered" but not there? Please check porches, mailboxes, and neighbors. Occasionally, carriers mark items delivered 1-2 hours before arrival.
  • Missing Email? Check your Spam folder for your Shipping Confirmation or contact us if it has been more than 3 business days.
