ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGE POLICY
At Rodeoestate, we understand that plans can change. To provide you with the best experience and ensure our high-quality garments—including Aprons, Black Hats, Hoodies, and T-shirts—are processed efficiently, we offer a specific window for order adjustments.
The 4-Hour Flexibility Window
We provide a 4-hour window immediately after your order is placed to request any cancellations or modifications. After this, production begins immediately.
1. Eligible Requests Within 4 Hours
Within this 4-hour timeframe, you may contact us for the following adjustments:
- Full Cancellation: Receive a complete refund to your original payment method.
- Shipping Address Changes: Correcting house numbers, street names, or zip codes.
- Product Adjustments: Changing sizes, colors, or garment types.
- Design Corrections: Adjusting custom text or design placement details.
2. How to Request a Change
To ensure your request is processed before production starts, please follow these steps:
Email: Send an email to khadkasuport@rodeoestate.com.
Subject Line: Use “URGENT: Order Change/Cancellation #[Your Order Number]”.
Details: Clearly state the specific change or the reason for cancellation.
3. After the 4-Hour Window
Once the 4-hour flexibility window has passed, your order is automatically transmitted to our production facility in Australia or our partner hubs to begin the printing and sewing process.
- No Further Changes: We are unable to modify sizes, designs, or shipping addresses once production has commenced.
- No Cancellations: Because our items are custom-made specifically for you, orders already in production cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is 100% complete and accurate. This includes Street Name, Apartment/Unit Number, City, State, and ZIP/Postal Code.
Liability: Rodeoestate is not liable for failed deliveries or lost packages caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer. In cases where items are returned to sender, any additional shipping fees for re-sending the order will be the customer’s responsibility.
5. Refunds for Cancellations
If your cancellation request is received within the 4-hour window, a full refund will be processed immediately. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
