2. Billing and Authorization Process
- Authorization Check: Upon placing your order, we perform a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure sufficient funds are available. Your card will be debited once the authorization is approved.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched and a confirmation email is sent, the deposit made at purchase is considered full payment for the items listed.
- Custom Production: As our apparel is personalized and hand-crafted, production begins only after your payment has been successfully confirmed.
3. Data Security & PCI Compliance

- No Storage: Rodeoestate does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card number on our own servers.
4. Refund Disbursement
In the event of a cancellation (within our 4-hour flexibility window) or an approved return, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method:
- PayPal Refunds: Typically appear in your PayPal account balance immediately once processed.
- Card Refunds: May take 5–7 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
5. Billing Discrepancies
If you notice any discrepancies in the amount charged, please contact our support team immediately. Your transaction will typically appear on your statement as “PAYPAL RODEOESTATE” or “RODEOESTATE”.
