Rodeoestate respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy toward copyright infringement regarding our online store and our collection of Aprons, Black Hats, Hoodies, and T-shirts.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

Required Information for Notice:

- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including information regarding the location of the infringing materials that the copyright owner seeks to have removed (the specific URL on Rodeoestate).
- Contact information about the notifier including address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that the notifier has a good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and the notifying party is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, and you believe that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Rodeoestate has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
4. Important Legal Warning
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability and significant damages.
