DMCA COPYRIGHT POLICY

Rodeoestate respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Required Information for Notice:

  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and the notifying party is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Counter-Notification Procedures

If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, and you believe that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where the material appeared before it was removed.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Rodeoestate has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability and significant damages.
