How do I place an order at Rodeoestate?

Shopping with us is simple! Once you’ve found your favorite Hoodie, T-shirt, or Apron, add it to your cart. Click the cart icon, review your items, and select "Proceed to Checkout" to enter your shipping and payment details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer secure and flexible payment options including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Stripe. Your personal data is always protected with industry-standard encryption technology.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

We work fast! Orders are handled within 1 business day. Standard transit time is 2-6 business days, meaning your gear usually arrives within 3-7 business days.

Can I track my package?

Yes! As soon as we dispatch your order from our facility in Australia, we will email you a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If not, you have 30 days from delivery to return items that are new or slightly used. Best of all, we provide a Free Return Label in every box!

How long does it take to get my money back?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

What if I receive a damaged item?

We are so sorry if this happens! Please email us at khadkasuport@rodeoestate.com immediately with a photo of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund for you.
